Hi, I’m Matthias Loeks, founder of Monad Gardens.

I started this company with a simple belief: meaningful work begins close to home. After years working for other landscaping companies, I chose to build something rooted in the neighborhood where I live. I wanted to beautify the streets I walk, the gardens I pass each day, and to serve the community I’m a part of.

At Monad Gardens, each property is treated as more than a yard to maintain. Every garden is its own living system, connected to soil health, pollinators, water flow, and the wellbeing of the people who enjoy it. Our approach centers long-term care: water-conscious practices, habitat awareness, and thoughtful stewardship that supports both beauty and sustainability.
